Staying centered is the kind of presence our world needs right now to get to the other side of the pandemic. It's the very same principle I use with my public speaking students, who come to me when they are facing the fear of being seen on stage.
We simply identify and release the unresolved and unconscious emotions from the past that become active in times of stress. These past experiences and emotions are the ones that send us at the speed of light into the modes of fight, flight, or freeze and hijack our confidence, our ability to think rationally, and our sense of self.
